Forbearance ended and the sale date is coming

Forbearance paused payments. It did not erase them. When it ends, the arrears are still there. Some people get a mod. Some get a repayment plan. Some get a notice of sale. The last group googles this.

We do not put you back in forbearance. We do not call the servicer to restart a workout. If you want to keep the house, start with who to call for free help.
