The Texas sale date is real
Texas does not need you to feel ready. Nonjudicial foreclosure runs on notices and a calendar. The sale is called on the first Tuesday of the month. A notice of sale means the clock is already inside the 21-day window.
People tell themselves the servicer is “working on it.” Review is not a stay. The trustee can still call the sale unless the loan is cured or a deal that actually closes is in place.
If you want an out you still control, you sell while you are still the owner. After the trustee sells it, you are not the seller anymore. We buy houses. We do not stop the sale.
